Terms of Service

By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following:

General

  • Prices are listed in GBP for UK customers and converted to local currency (USD, CAD, etc.) at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, products, and policies at any time.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or courier issues.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Signed Books

  • Signed autographed copies are shipped only to the UK, US, and Canada.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using Shopify’s discounted Royal Mail rates, plus a £2 handling fee.

  • Because signed copies are unique and personalised, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Print-on-Demand Paperbacks (Bookvault)

  • Unsigned paperback copies for Europe and other international regions are printed and shipped by Bookvault.

  • Orders are fulfilled and delivered directly by Bookvault from their nearest facility.

  • Any production or printing faults must be reported promptly so we can request a replacement through Bookvault.

Digital Products & Audiobooks (BookFunnel)

  • Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via BookFunnel.

  • Customers will receive an email with download instructions immediately after purchase.

  • Downloads are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

  • Digital sales are final; refunds are not available once the download link has been delivered.

Merchandise (Printful & Other Drop-Shippers)

  • Merchandise items (such as mugs, clothing, tote bags, etc.) are fulfilled by Printful or other drop-shipping partners.

  • Items are produced and shipped directly from the supplier’s facilities.

  • Production and shipping times vary by product and region.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement through the supplier.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please check size guides carefully.
