Refund Policy

We want you to love your books. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Signed Autographed Books (fulfilled by us)

  • Each signed copy is unique and personalised, so returns are not accepted unless the book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If your signed copy is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Print-on-Demand Paperbacks (Bookvault)

  • Unsigned paperback copies are printed and shipped by Bookvault.

  • If your book arrives with a printing or production fault, we will request a replacement from Bookvault at no extra cost to you.

  • Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” are not accepted.

Digital Products & Audiobooks (BookFunnel)

  • Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally via BookFunnel immediately after purchase.

  • Because digital products are instantly accessible, all sales are final once the download link has been sent.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact BookFunnel support or email us and we’ll help resolve it.

Merchandise (Printful & Other Drop-Shippers)

  • Merchandise (mugs, apparel, tote bags, etc.) is fulfilled by Printful or other drop-shipping partners.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement through the supplier.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.

Timeframe for Claims

All claims for damage, defects, or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
